THE OPERATION
In September 2018 Nexxus and the Capzanine fund partnered with brothers Manuel and Jorge Fernandez to support the company’s growth in Spain by opening new clinics, expanding the range of services offered and vertically integrating within the value chain (surgical centers and laboratories).
THE COMPANY
Founded in 2012, WM Clinics encompasses the brands: Dorsia, the leading aesthetic medicine and surgery group in Spain, with more than 90 clinics in the country; Eva Fertility, the fertility branch of the group; Origen, psychology services; and The Test, male sexuality services.
