THE OPERATION
In November 2024, Nexxus Iberia acquired a majority stake in Vivo Diagnóstico, supporting the current management in the next phase of the company’s growth. The transaction represents another successful collaboration with a world-class management team. Oscar Brihuega, founder and current CEO of the company, will maintain a minority stake and will play an active role in the management of the company. In this new phase, the company will focus on inorganic expansion, while continuing to invest in innovation, service quality and efficiency.
THE COMPANY
Vivo Diagnóstico is a company dedicated mainly to diagnostic imaging services and genetic analysis. The company, which generated more than 20 million euros in sales in 2024, has a network of its own clinics located in Andalusia, Madrid and Aragon. In addition, it offers services throughout Spain and Portugal through diagnostic imaging in mobile units, outsourced diagnostic services for hospitals, teleradiology services and a genetic laboratory.
